Assisted Living - The Meadows

The Meadows apartments are a perfect living option for those who find independent living to be a challenge, but are not in need of 24-hr. nursing care. Residents receive the personal care and attention they need and deserve to continue to enjoy their life. The Meadows at Silver Maples is a licensed Home for the Aged by the State of Michigan.

• Studio, 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom apartments
  (ranging from 400 to 812 sq. ft.)
• Includes kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer and microwave

AMENITIES

• Maintenance-free (interior & exterior)
• All utilities included (except phone & cable)
• Individually controlled heating and air-conditioning
• Weekly housekeeping & personal and flat laundry
• (3) meals per day, per resident in the Arbor Dining Room or Courtyard Café
• 24-hour in-house call system
• Free membership to the Chelsea Wellness Center
