We have four different levels of care designed to fit your needs and two different apartment styles available. You are free to decorate your Meadows apartment as you prefer and you do not have to worry about any repairs or maintenance.

Whichever apartment style you choose, you will have a view of our beautifully landscaped grounds. The Meadows of Silver Maples of Chelsea is HFA (Homes For the Aged) licensed by the State of Michigan, with 24-hour staff on duty.Levels of Care: The level of care for the resident is determined by our Assisted Living Director and is evaluated monthly.
