- The staff of Silver Maples of Chelsea and The Meadows are properly trained and efficient workers, but what makes them so great is that they love their jobs and are committed to the people who live at Silver Maples. Our employees are dedicated, motivated and are the key ingredient that makes this retirement community home for our residents.
Resident Care Associates (RCA’s) are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in The Meadows. They respond to resident needs and emergency calls, and are trained to properly handle any situation.
Dining Room & Food Preparation staff makes sure residents receive well-balanced meals. The dining area employees help residents maintain their personal diets by seeing that everyone’s needs are appropriately satisfied. A licensed dietician also helps with our menu planning.
The Activities staff ensures that there is always something to do at Silver Maples and The Meadows. Residents can count on the details being taken care of. All they have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy participating as much, and as often, as desired.
The Maintenance and Housekeeping staff are committed to keeping the common areas and apartments looking their best. Residents can also be assured that the Silver Maples campus will always be well manicured and that during winter weather the walkways and drives are free of snow and ice.
A Social Worker is on staff to assist with any questions or concerns residents may have and is available to consult while making the decision to join the Silver Maples community.
