Your risk-free, refundable $1,000 deposit is all that is needed to join our exclusive VIP Program. When you move into your new home at Silver Maples of Chelsea your $1,000 will automatically be credited to your entry fee balance.

As a VIP Program member you have the opportunity to reserve the home of your choice as villas and apartments become available. You pick the size, location and view that are most appealing to you.

VIP Program members enjoy exclusive invitations to community events and celebrations, which offer an opportunity to meet your future neighbors, enjoy a delicious chef prepared meal, and most importantly have some fun. Additionally, members are offered up to a 3-night stay in our VIP Suite for FREE. You'll enjoy delicious meals in the Trellis Dining Room or Courtyard Café, meet new friends while attending activities and social programs offered on-site and in the surrounding communities, and will have the opportunity to enjoy one of our invigorating exercise classes or a trip to the Chelsea Wellness Center.
